White Heather Manor is licensed under the Community Care and Assistance Living Act of British Columbia under the Interior Health Authority. Residency at White Heather Manor is based on a referral through Interior Health Mental Health Services or a family physician.

White Heather Manor has achieved a program that respects the residents and advocates for their well-being on a daily basis. White Heather Manor uniquely provides residential care services while maintaining a family environment and client-focused care.

White Heather Manor provides supportive 24-hour care to individuals with serious and persistent mental health issues. Our community is vibrant and has a home-like feel, partly due to the many prolific artists who are steadily filling our wall space with imaginative and eye-catching works.

A sense of community and belonging is critical when seeking stable housing; preserving this perception remains our highest priority. Our residents report feeling safe and cared for, and for some, this is the first time they have felt this way in a very long time. Teamwork, a nonjudgmental and compassionate approach, and the constant awareness that we are guests in our residents' homes are the binding force behind our success.
